Hi, I’m Kathy, a content strategist, conversation designer, and UX writer living in Seattle, WA. For over 15 years, I’ve written and designed content that creates strong connections between companies, their products, and their customers. I enjoy writing, digging into data, creating a plan of attack, advocating for users, and collaborating with others—it’s all fun, inspiring, and challenging in the best of ways.

In my spare time, I’m a birder and wildlife photographer, and I’m often out with my camera hoping the animals will stay still long enough for me to photograph them.
